Our Take A Break Occasional Childcare Centre is located at the rear of the new Neighbourhood House and the only entrance is via the main entrance at 2, Cox Street. The centre’s 5 weekly sessions operate during school terms throughout the year.
Monday to Thursday mornings 9.00am – 12 noon
Thursday afternoons 1.00pm – 4.00pm
Places are limited to 10 children per 3 hr session, so bookings are essential.

If you are looking for a ‘last minute spot’ for your child, put your name on the short notice list hung on Take-A-Break’s door for when someone else cancels.
N.B. This service does not operate during the school holidays.
Casual spaces may occur from day to day through illness etc. Please contact Sue Wilson daily to check the bookings.
If you are ‘new’ to our service, you would be most welcome to ‘pop in for a look’ anytime. Just ask at the main reception, between 9:00am & 4:00pm daily.
New children are alway welcome, once the required paperwork is completed and a vacancy is available.
