To be responsive to learners in a climate of social change by providing training and general learning opportunities, fostering co-operative community partnerships and addressing community health and wellbeing.

Fees and Charges
The full fee must be paid before commencement of a course. ACFE funded courses require a student fee consistent with the ‘Ministerial Directions on Fees and Charges’. The minimum course fee is set by the Government at $60 for a total of 40 hours! A learner has 12 months to use those 40 hours (on government funded courses). i.e educational, training etc.
Some classes may incur an amenities and/or materials fee. For further information, call into the office at 2 Cox Street during office hours.
Concessions
Concession fees are available. Contact the office if you are facing hardship. Your privacy is assured.
Refund Policy
A full cheque refund will be issued if a course is cancelled by Warracknabeal Neighbourhood House and Learning Centre.
Applications to enrol
Please apply early as all courses require a minimum number of students to proceed. Low enrolments may result in courses being cancelled. Payment must be made at the time of enrolment. We accept cash or cheque.
** If the Centre cancels a course, or if a student cancels giving five (5) days notice, a full cheque refund will be given. No refunds will be issued once a course has commenced.
Our rooms are available for hire; consider your next adult or children’s party; Professional Presentations; Party Plans ; Community Groups and Clubs. Talk to the staff and discuss your ideas.
